The company develops the heat engineering with the scrap produced in technology process, and the sand powder and rejected wood are used as fuel. It employs “Bottom-rising combustion and rotating combustion” technology, and the high temperature thermal carrier generated by the heating furnace can offer high temperature heat source for heat press and other equipment. After dust removal and filtration, the high temperature smoke can be used for drying equipment; the comprehensive thermal efficiency reaches 95% or above.
The heat center takes scrap (bark, sawing powder, sanding powder and etc.) from the wood as main fuel, and layer combustion, room combustion and the combined ways are used to generate steam, hot oil, smoke and other systems. |
The heat center is featured with high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, high automation and etc. When the system is treating the scraps, it offers the heat required by production, therefore, the heat center has become the optimum heat supply plan for the human-made plate industry. According to the heat demand by the wood industry especially the human-made industry, we offer different heat center plans with different combinations. |

Air-cooled step reciprocating fire grate |
As one of the main equipment of the heat center, the fire grate piece employs thermal resistance alloy with fine casting, the active frame uses full gold ball bearing support, stepless transmission and hydraulic driving, which is featured with small resistance, easy adjustment, wide application of fuel, long service and etc. At present, the combined boiler covers a range from 7 to 90 square meters. |
