水煤浆锅炉的燃烧原理及工艺流程

1.空气压力雾化悬浮燃烧原理
水煤浆与空气经燃烧器以射流方式进入炉膛,促使煤浆气流与炽热烟气产生强烈混合,水分迅速蒸发;同时水煤浆气流又受到炉膛四壁和高温火焰的辐射。而将悬浮在气流中的煤颗粒迅速加热,水煤浆颗粒获得了足够的热量并达到了一定的温度就开始着火燃烧。其着火热随燃料的性质和运行工况的变化而变化,锅炉负荷低时,炉膛平均烟温降低,燃烧器区域的烟温也将降低。所以雾化燃烧固态排渣水煤浆锅炉运行负荷在50%左右。
2.流化悬浮高效洁净燃烧技术原理
将滴状水煤浆投入燃烧室下部由石英砂和石灰石构成床料的炽热流化床中,其温度在850—950℃左右。水煤浆在炽热的流化床料的加热下迅速完成水分析出,挥发分析出并着火燃烧及焦碳燃烧过程。在流化状态下颗粒状水煤浆团进一步解体为细颗粒被热烟气带出密相区进入悬浮室继续燃烧。在燃烧室出口设有分离回输装置。被热烟气带出的媒体物料和较大的水煤浆颗粒团被分离器分离、捕捉,通过分离器下部设置的回输通道返回燃烧室下部密相区,既减少了媒体物料的损失,又实现了水煤浆颗粒团的循环燃烧,从而获得高的燃烧效率。此外,低温燃烧过程,有效的控制了热力型NOx的形成。且由于媒体物料由石英砂与石灰石构成,石灰石在高温下煅烧生成CaO,CaO与SO2反应进一步生成CaSO4,抑制了SO2的排放,而燃烧装置的运行温度是CaO脱硫的运行温度,可有效的减少SO2的排放。
